Come and help us spread the Climate Squad message in Central London on Friday night…
I’m really excited as I’ve just found out that I’ve got a spot on the Fourth Plinth in Trafalgar Square as part of sculptor Antony Gormley’s One & Other public art project, where members of the public get to spend an hour on the plinth. Gormley has said the project is “about people coming together to do something extraordinary and unpredictable.” I think that’s exactly what the Climate Squad is about too and this is a great chance to campaign about our cause.
My slot is between 1am and 2am this Friday night/Saturday morning, 19 September. I’m asking for your help and support getting the word out about my fourth plinth slot and the work that we do, so it would be great if you could come along and bring your friends too!
Any suggestions or ideas about how I spend my hour up there would be really appreciated, and remember that if you can’t come along, there’s a live feed of the plinth sponsored by TV channel skyARTS, so tune in at www.oneandother.com.
